Individual Management Contract or a Partnership Agreement

We need someone to advise and create either an individual management contract or a partnership agreement.

Overview;

We are a group of barbers who would like to create an agreement that will allow us to be managed by a manager who will take care of all the business aspects while we focus on cutting hair.

Would we be best off with individual partnership agreements with the manager via his LTD Company or a management contract with him.
