Wondering if you can provide a quote on a specific contract.
Need almost an IOU drawn up, one party lending money to another party indefinitely (until the first party requests it back). Purpose of loan is to deposit into a specific trading account, and party B is entitled to the profits from that account, minus fees paid to trader.
