I need to open up a business Bank Account and they have asked for the following:
Has to be UK.
On letter headed paper with Solicitors/Accountants company details as well as their limited number and their legal unique ID of affiliation to put on there the following:
My full name
Address
Date of Birth
My limited Company name and number , registered address
All the above details can be obtained from Companies House just as a double check.
It is a new company i will be trading with next week.
I have previously had other companies.
I can give you a template to put on the letterhead.
I do not want to borrow money or take out an overdraft
