I have the Buyers Pack for a piece of land which I am looking to buy, I need someone to read through the document and identify for me what my financial & legal liabilities would be as the buyer, also any risks and conditions of sale. I intend to develop on the land and would need to know if this would be possible...

    Hi Alex

    What are you needing - your heading says post-completion services but your description says you need the auction pack looked at.

    I can bid on the auction pack but, because I am retired, I cannot do the conveyancing - that needs a practising solicitor/licensed conveyancer. If you can explain, I may be able to bid.

    I have more than 20 years experience in property research, I have been able to make quite a lot of money because I am cheaper than most lawyers, however some things need a lawyer, I would have to look at your document before taking the matter any further.
