I need legal advice regarding an allegation of Breach of Confidentiality / Confidence

I'm looking for a solicitor (not necessarily practising) to review the paperwork concerning an allegation of Breach of Confidence & Breach of Confidentiality that has been made against me by a former business client and advise me of the best way forward.

I have drafted a response to a letter I have received from the Claimant's legal representation but would feel more comfortable having a legal professional look things over before sending it. It would also be good to get an idea for the strength of the claimants case as some people who have reviewed the information thus far have indicated that the the agreement in place isn't substantial and thereby potentially difficult to use in court.

Some advice from someone who has experience would be greatly appreciated.
