I have been offered a new lease from my landlord and it contains a signed statutory declaration and it states;
You are being offered a lease without security of tenure. Do not commit yourself to the lease unless you have read this message carefully and have discussed it with a professional adviser.
It basically means that my landlord can kick me out after one year, the question I have is; based on my currently lease, is it better that I do not sign and continue without the new lease or could they kick me out right now? basically the job is to look at my current lease and advise on what to do.
