I need help with contract exit strategy

We signed up to a 30 day trial on the phone and everything happened without the opportunity to read all the terms and conditions and now it appears we have found ourselves in a 12 month contract we did not ask for.

I do require someone to help me understand my contract and draft an exit strategy to terminate the current contract.
I have had a discussion with the company we are in contract with however they did not help and appear to know what they are doing and also they are many reviews of them acting in such preying practices
