I am currently resident in Pakistan and want to register my business as LLC in US, particularly in California. The LLC will be sole proprietorship, I do not hold citizenship of US. I am doing business of gem stones and want to expand my business by registering it in a foreign company. My main concern here is what will be the procedure and what are benefits for me regarding registration in US.
