Description of legal work: We need a contract to be written that transfers the IP held as part of a consortium agreement between two companies (A and B) to a new company (C). I have attached the old consortium agreement and the draft heads of terms for the new IP transfer agreement.
There's a very short timescale I'm afraid - ideally we need a completed contract by tomorrow evening (6pm GMT). If this is impossible please give an indication of your preferred deadline.
Interested bidders should have a background in contract law and (ideally but not essentially) have a good working knowledge of intellectual property law.
