I need advice over a trademark

We are applying for a trademark, we have been sent a responding saying that our proposed name is similar to an existing one, it's not an objection, just a letter saying they will be writing to the owners of the existing TM. The name, and spelling of the other is using Swedish language, whilst ours is English. They are all one word, whilst we are 3 words, so in our opinion it's different. Just wanted some advice.
