Description of legal work: We bought a leasehold house about 3 years ago from Birmingham City Council. The house needed a lot of repairs.
In order to have a freehold, the condition was that we had to repair it. Now, the repairs are done. We need a solicitor to go through the paperwork.
Please note that we are the owner of the house and we live in this house. We only need to have someone to help us to convert the leasehold in freehold.
