Description of legal work: Contract should be short and to the point, better just a 1 page agreement under Spanish laws for British education companies, most know by us.
New company Education Directories charging an annual fee for inclussions needs also an affiliate agreement for paying us by results.
Sites generate traffic, targeted traffic, direct inquiries and student direct bookings. each item will have it's own value (ask us for more details)
This paying us by results affiliate agreement will also defined the functions on the directory. Although schools will be well represented by us, they will not be able to change or edit their information, nor they will have any backlinks to their own website, just a contact mail.
Invoices will be produced every 3 months upon presentation of Google analytics full report and we expect payments in a week maximun. Stadistics will start from 0.
Schools signing this agreement they are bound to this option for 12 months. After this time, they can revert to paying us a small annual fee and take control of their administration panel.
