We are a Telecom tech startup, urgently looking for HR expert who has TUPE & Employment law (must have), and Recruiting (optional) experiences.
1. TUPE in 7 staff based in Slough
2. Review the current contract and compare with new employment, produce “measures letter” and FAQ and TUPE jargon documents to transferors based on information and client requirements
3. Advise transferors of their obligations under TUPE, Lead the consultation process, both group and individual consultation (in person)
Timeline: ASAP
