Help preparing documents for a County Court Fast Track case

We have a case where we are self representing but have just got caned as the other side are using a barrister and he picked us up on a sub section of a sub section part of CPR that we had not complied with! Fortunately the judge didn't strike out the case but gave us immediate relief from sanctions and relisted the case. I want to get our papers 100% right this time. I'm OK drafting them but, as an example, this time on the Statement of Claim we omitted a statement of truth.
