Have a share purchase agreement document drawn up to protect my interests

Hi

I would like a share purchase agreement drawn up to protect my interests and confirm what is being sold. For reference it's a limited company, no bricks and mortar, no employees ( sole director is selling), website, IP (like patterns, designs, contacts etc.), leftover stock.

I have already had lots of back and forth with the owner so I have info i believe to be able to draw it up. Accountant is loking over the books.

Potential for extra document in regards to the website ( owner is confirming she definately owns the IP and is getting back to me)
