I'm an affiliate marketer who is planning on promoting a competition to some prospects.

In regards to the introduction of the new privacy laws, GDPR and PECR laws.
Which deals with people's personal data.

I'am not very knowledgeable in this area.
For marketing purposes (Particularly with email marketing), I need advice on how to get consent from prospects in order to receive my marketing emails.
Also, where do I place GDPR and PECR guidelines in my marketing emails in order to comply with the law?
Finally, how do I structure this into my emails?
