I am seeking an experienced freelance employment solicitor to provide an independent legal overview in relation to an ongoing workplace dispute.
The matter involves:
A formal grievance and protected disclosure (whistleblowing) against senior management
Allegations including governance concerns, health & safety issues, and an instruction to alter audit reports
A counter-grievance raised against me
Removal from the workplace and subsequent formal paid suspension pending investigation
I am concerned about potential detriment following protected disclosure (s.47B ERA 1996), whistleblowing protection, victimisation, procedural unfairness under the ACAS Code, retaliatory suspension, and constructive dismissal risk.
I have managed the matter to date with informal guidance, but now require objective, strategic legal advice on risks, options, and next steps (including potential ACAS Early Conciliation).
