Find lease off HM Land Registry

I am a property investor and am looking at a potential deal on a self contained ground floor office, situated on a business park. the business park is freehold but the office unit is owned via a long 999 year lease.. to understand any showstoppers I need to review the lease. I need the lease in question found off Land Registry. price agreed will include the HMLR fee for the lease.
