We are looking to appoint an external company secretarial / corporate governance partner to support as we enter our next phase of growth.
A specialist services business operating across facilities management, drainage and cleaning, with a focus on disciplined organic growth alongside selective acquisitions.
We are seeking a pragmatic and commercially minded partner (individual or firm) to support across:
• Company secretarial services (Companies House filings, statutory records, governance)
• Corporate structure support (Group / OpCo alignment)
• Board and shareholder documentation
• Support on corporate actions (dividends, director changes, share movements)
• Input on acquisition structuring and transaction support
