We have had to terminate a contract with our service provider for misleading information provided to us. It's a B2B agreement. They have stringent terms and conditions for cancellation, which was not explained to us at the time of signing up with their sales rep. We are now obliged to continue with paying them for another year before we can cancelled. Need advice on the matter.
