Employment zero hour contract to be written

General information for the business: Delivery company which sub contracts our services out to other contractors.

Description of legal work: We need a zero hour contract written up, BUT we are wanting to add some extra items which are for our business.

- Employee to be charged for any damage to our vehicles when they are in charge of them. Either the insurance access or cost of repair which ever is lowest.

- Not to do anything to bring our company name and our customers/contractors name in disrepute

- Are we able to list professional manners and representable ways the employee needs to be.

- Uniform to be worn all times when working and no other clothing. To be returned after works ceases.

- Driving in a respectable manner

- Parking fines, congestion charge, penalty points, speeding and red light cameras fines to be paid and points on the drivers license.

- Any monies due will be deducted from wages or invoiced if not enough to cover,


Not sure if all of these are legal and I will probably think of a few more that I need adding.
