Employment Terms and Conditions With Offer Letter Review

I have written an employment terms and conditions with an offer letter based on my understanding of employment contractual law. I therefore require a review of both the documents to ensure all legalities are considered and the employment terms and conditions are correct.

There is no requirement to write either letters but to review and provide recommendations as required.

Please note this needs to be compliant with United Kingdom legislation and there is less than five employees who will be part time and paid on a per hour basis earning less £10,000 per annum.
