Description of legal work: Pregnant employe not coming to work since May 2017, decline to provide treatments or come back to work. At the moment employee on SSP since 1 June. Employee raised Grievance and requested meeting on 24th July. Employer (me) hired independent HR person to deal with meeting but employee did not arrived, provided new SSP and send a letter from Solicitors regards settlement that she wants to leave , but company can not accept that option. At the moment employee on SSP till end of August.
