Hello,
I have come to a mutual agreement with my employer to leave the company after nearly 5 years and have been supplied with a settlement agreement. I have no issues with the terms but they do require a solicitor to confirm it is correct from my point of view before things can be concluded. They require a fast turnaround from my side.
I require someone to complete this for me and sign their part to confirm that as a solicitor, it has been checked by them.
The company has provided payment for this to take place.

Hi Rod
This is a job which can only, usually, be done by a practising solicitor with a full PI insurance policy. The fee is normally payable by your employer.
As I am retired, I do not hold a Practising Certificate and do cannot do the job.
Most High Street solicitors will do this for the fee offerred by the employer.
