I work for a PLC (Royal Mail) as a driver and on January 2023 there was an incident at work where my van door fell off and caused me multiple injuries (happy to discuss with relevant party).accident claim in legals
As a result of this; I have been off work (19th Dec 23) have a sick note until the 1 Feb 2024
Company is wanted to harass me to leave on the grounds of Ill health retirement..
i need advise on this ?
How can this be justified when it is a work related.injury due to negligence
whilst at work though an industrial accident that happen while working for royal mail ?
