I am purchasing an Opticians Practice based in Brierley Hills, Dudley. I am looking for somebody to carry out Due Diligence and other legal documents needed in order to complete the purchase of the practice.

I am specifically looking for a freelancer (Solicitor) who has carried out previous purchases of an optical practice and has dealt with contracts involving NHS.
