I was stopped by the police last week whilst driving my car and they told me that I was not insured and my car was seized.
I was the victim of ghost broker fraud I purchased a fake invalid insurance policy i paid them £600 at the time they provided all policy documents which seemed genuine.
I've reported this crime to action fraud.
I am new to the UK on a care worker visa driving with a Provisional UK Licence and International Driving Permit from India
need my license for work I need to avoid the points.
court papers will arrive shortly i will provide a defence in court.
