Drafting a partnership agreement, contracts with self employed beauty therapists

My business partner Masami Ohta and I plan to start a mobile health and beauty business called Fydora Health and Beauty with Masami having a 40% stake and me having a 60% stake. We already have a registered business address:
Office 4b,43 Berkeley Square,Mayfair,Westminster,London,W1J 5FJ.

We are still in the preliminary stages of business planning and are in the process of making our business plan, designing our website ,cards,logo etc.

I will be making an initial capital contribution for the business start up in the first 15 months which according to my initial estimates will not be more than £2100-£3000 considering that this is a mobile health and beauty therapy and we will be operating from my home; Flat 9,18-20 Laystall Street . Masami will not be making an initial capital start up contribution however she will be helping in all the other business processes such as tie up with health and beauty therapists, placing ads,designing the website etc. After the initial 15 months Masami will of course be contributing to the business expenses and costs to the tune of 40% which is her stake in partnership; it's just that the initial start up costs around £2100-£3000 will be borne by me.

I am attaching a really rough draft which still needs at least a months work. We need to think about our advertising and marketing strategies, treatment prices, business insurance etc.

We need help with partnership agreements and agreements with beauty therapists and were hoping you could help us out.

We need our partnership and therapist agreemenents , our sale forecasts and business plan drafted for us and would really appreciate your help with these 3 things

It would be great if you could let us know if you could help us with the partnership agreements and staff agreements and what your charges for this would be. We need some kind of clause which prevents therapists from stealing our clients in our therapist agreement.

In our partnership agreement we need some clause which will prevent partners from making an expenditure without consulting the other partner and also a termination clause whereby a partner stops getting the profits if he or she stops working for the business.

Also the clause in the partnership agreement where one partner cannot make an expense without the consent of the other partner might be useful to stop unchecked expenses by a partner but on the other hand may prove tedious to keep seeking the permission of the other partner before making even a minor business expense.

We would really appreciate your help with everything- business start up advice, drafting the partnership and therapist agreements and drafting the business plan and sales forecast. We of course are still studying competitor prices and need to add that along with a lot of other information to our business plan.
