Hi,
My wife and I work in Blockchain Technology and are more recently becoming involved in a number of very high value OTC Bitcoin deals with other brokers. As part of these deals we need an NCNDA together with an Irrevocable Master Fee Protection Agreement (IMFPA).
I have some templates for the NDA from other firms but my questions are
1) If I provide these; could you use them to tailor to protect us and
2) Can you produce the IMFPA ? I haven't yet had one from other brokers but again, wondered if we could tailor it so that we can be the issuing party.
Lastly, what would the cost and time frame be?
