Draft a contract document for a company acquisition

Description of legal work: We need a legal contract/document for acquiring a small unregisted business. The document should include outlining the acquisation including the transfer of all assets such as stock, domain name, contacts, and agreement of the amount paid for the business. We have also agreed that the company will hold a 20% stake on all gross profits made until the end of the year 2014 - this also needs to be stated.

I specified an amount of £60 as I dont know how long it will take to draft a document but I know there are already existing templates out there which can easily be amended. If you feel it would cost more then feel free to put a proposal forward.
