Draft a 2 page agreement for a videographer

I require a draft 2 page agreement between a videographer and my production company. The agreement should state that the videographer will be a full-time employee of the company, with a monthly salary of 7000 AED. If more than 5 projects are completed, the videographer may receive a 10% bonus for each additional project.
