Design services IR35 focus contract review and advice wanted

I have been working as a contractor with a company the past year and the contract is up for renewal at the moment. It was determined that I fall inside IR 35 based on a former manager filling out the CEST tool from gov.uk. On reading it I saw that some things were not put in correctly. I am in a place now where I would like to have a new determination as I believe some of the costs that I have absorbed as a business should determine me outside IR35.

Hoping to get some help by having professional eyes on my contract and some of my correspondence to give me a better more knowledgeable stance.

I have had some great accounting eyes on it so it'd be great to get some legal help in there too
