Creating a Share Purchase Agreement & Share Holders Agreement

Hello, we are looking for someone to assist with creating 2 separate documents (1 x SPA and 1 x SHA)

The SPA will be for 10% from one company to another and the shareholder's agreement will be between 3 parties (1 representing the company purchasing and 2 from the company looking for investment (1 as an individual and the other representing a company))

If you have reasonable experience in corporate law, are based in the UK, and would like to take on this task then please place a bid. We are not looking for anything too extravagant at this stage but we may look at having them drawn up again and revisited in the future once the company has a bigger budget and more shareholders.

We would require 2 companies to be invoiced. One for 75% and one for the remaining 25% of the total cost. Our budget for both documents to be drawn up, completed, and signed is £1000
