Cost share contracts

I am looking for some legal help.

You should be able to do contracts for sole traders/partnerships/limited companies to share any cost savings introduced by our company with a variable percentage and a variable time (1/2 or 3 years) - must include terms to enforce payment if suggestions are initially refused then implemented later without the company involvment.

Contract will have various headings such as - Utilities, Tax savings, overhead savings etc each must have potentially different percentages and time frames
