Hello,
I am looking for a SRA regulated solicitor who would be able to assist with conveyancing for a shared ownership property including local authority searches, and mortgage admin. Due to the low value of shares, there is no SDLT due and we are happy to file a SDLT Nil Return ourselves, as well as completing land registry filings, as these are something we have done previously.
The key requirement from our lender is appropriate searches completed, so this is the bulk of the conveyancing work we are looking to instruct.

Hi, I am able to do the searches and enquiries for you. I will not be able to submit any SDLT forms or HMLR forms, oyu will have to do that yourself. Can you clarify what you mean by 'Mortgage Admin tasks'. Kind regards.
