Contract wording required

Short contract needed to be written which would be legally binding and accepted in a court to confirm that ABC Ltd instructs Mr C to accept payments from them in to his personal bank account in order to buy stocks/shares and it to be understood that Mr C is acting as a nominee and that the stocks/shares do not belong to him but held in trust and that all profits/losses made are not his personally but the profits/losses of ABC Ltd
