Contract to be revised to change the ir35 determination

As a contractor I have a draft contract, it has been reviewed by my accountants to have a determination under uk law tax code ir35 to be inside ir35. The report has a list of recommendations on how to revise it to make it outside ir35. I need the contract to be revised based on the recommendations ideally without changing how the contract functions. The size of the contract is around 2k words. There is a separete NDA part which does not need to be revised as far as I am aware. The attached image indicates what clauses need to be revised. The successful result would change the ir35 determination to be outside.
