I have received a TM7a form a few days before my trademark application was due to be published in the UK. I'd like for you to review the letter from the opposing solicitor, unfortunately, time is of the essence as I've been ill lately, I've got until the 12th April.
At this stage, I'd like the advice on whether they're just using bully tactics and have weak reasons for opposing.
