Conduct virtual Grievance Appeal Hearing with ex-employee

Hi! I am looking for an HR consultant to conduct a grievance appeal meeting with an employee at 1pm UK time tomorrow (Thursday) online via Google Hangout.

This will include speaking to me to understand the issue at hand and read the Grievance Outcome report. The Grievance Hearing took place in the absence of the employee who never turned up despite multiple invitations, but is now appealing the decision.

This will also include conducting the meeting (1 hr max) and writing an outcome.
