I am fully funding the purchase of a property with my partner as an investment. My partner will have sole ownership of the property (as I already own a house). As such I would like to protect my investment by setting up a charge against the property with the land registry.

I need assistance completing form CH1 and sending to the land registry as a matter of urgency.
