We need a full set of terms and conditions writing for our company.
This is rather urgent and needs to cover every aspect of our company as follows:
General Terms and conditions:
- General Products and Services
This needs to cover general products and services that we sell from changing a tap to re wiring a house.
We cover a lot of services including, but not limied to (Boilers, Heat pumps, EV chargers, solar, air conditioning, full plumbing installations, full electrical installations, Alarms and security, commercial and domestic works)
We need to make sure we are covered by every angle on these terms as a business, they will used in contract between us and the client. A copy will be enclosed within there quote pack for the larger works.

One Plan Terms and Conditions:
We offer a flexible care plan that requires its own terms and conditions we can issue to the customer before they sign up.
One plan is trade marked, it is one plan that covers maintenance and breakdowns on all aspects of the home as follows:
- Boiler and controls (Inc annual service)
- Heat Pump (Inc annual service)
- Plumbing
- Radiators
- Underfloor Heating
- Smart Thermosat
- Electrics
- EV Charger (Inc annual service)
- Solar PV (Inc annual service)
- Solar Thermal (Inc annual service)
- MVHR (Inc annual service)
- Storage Heaters
- Drains
The customer can change/select which options they would like to add/remove at any point. For example, the customer may choose to cover there heat pump and then in 6 months remove it from the plan, there monthly bill will change accordingly. If the customer has received a service on that heat pump or call outs, the customer may be charged for the service and repair costs (less what they have paid) if they remove it before the end of the agreement/plan
Payments are taken monthly by direct debit.
The customer has the option during the signup of one plan to choose 'Add Ons'. These can be the following:
Smart thermostats
EV charger
A quote is generated during the signup process and they have the option to add it to there monthly care plan cost and spread it over the plan period interest free. (from us, not 3rd party funding)
So we need to cover this in our terms and conditions for the 'finance' of the ev chargers and smart thermostats throughout the plan duration.
Refund Policy:
Whatever we need to include in this, including the cooling off period etc. They waive there right to a refund if the works have started within the first 14 days

I have also attached a copy of our origional terms and conditions we had created for Pro Care. This is similar to how we are looking to lay out the terms. There are no separate price plans, the customer is given a price based on there selection
