I'm thinking of buying some industrial units (sold in one lot) in an auction on 12th December. I require the auction pack to be looked over by a professional with expertise in commercial property.
I mainly want to check the title deeds, and if there could be issues such as a ransom strip etc.
I don't need the tenancy agreements or EPCs to be looked at. I've uploaded three of files but there are several more available. Some other searches may be required (happy to pay addition cost if it's not clear what searches would be required).
