Commercial Property Solicitorp/Negotiator

General information for the business: We are looking for an Experieneced Commercial Property solicitor. We have identified a commercial unit that is of interest. We would like you to communicate with the managing agents, present us as your clients, arrange a viewing with the agents or Landlord (you do not need to be present at the viewing), with the goal to ultimately negotiate terms and finalise lease.

Description of legal work: I need a Freelance Commercial Property Solicitor. We are a new start up company. Will be injected £150k into the business to get it off the ground and are souricng funding as we speak. We are looking for 5000sqft + of D2 space in any promiment area of London.

In fact, we have already identified a suitable premises but would like You to start the viewing process and make contact with the landlord or managing agents. If suitable, you will negotiate the lease until we have a signed deal.

• Arrange and accompany me on inspection (only if possible)

• Negotiate and agree on my behalf detailed Heads of Terms.

• Liaise with lawyers/agents during the legal process until successful completion.
