Commercial Property

Hi I have a small piece of land in Cardiff, a charge has been placed on it
1 the person that has instructed his/or her solicitor to do this has not notified me of the process
2 the person has broken to the premises stolen variouse items
3 changed locks 5 times
4 vandaised fittings inside
5 Posted notices on the front door \"that the property belongs to him\" in his own handwriting (have photos of all incedents)
6 damaged part of a rear wall
I need this person stopped from doing any further damage by placing a restraining order and damages...
