Commercial lease looked over

I am taking a lease out on a commercial property, where neither myself or the landlord have a solicitor. I have been handed over the lease today to go through and it's full of heavy legal jargon, which is quite hard to understand fully. I was hoping to find a commercial solicitor, who would be able to maybe go through the lease with me, hopefully for an hour or fixed price, just to make sure there no nasty surprises hidden in the lease. I am based in brighton (I will be in manchester till monday the 4th, can travel to surrounding areas if need be). thanks Ash
