Applicant must identify and analyse relevant precedents, statutory provisions and authoritative commentary, summarise key principles, highlight practical implications for drafting and risk allocation, and provide concise, well-referenced memos. Precision, commercial awareness and familiarity with recent developments are essential. Deliverables should be clear, analytically rigorous and suitable for immediate use in case preparation/ negotiation and drafting.
