Required is a Legal expert to act on behalf of a Claimant, in a case where two mobile phone companies have linked their Customers identity to that of the Claimants Identity, without conducting additional checks. The Claim is valued at a total of £ 9,000 and has already been served against the two Companies. As a Legal expert you would be required to deal with all relevant court paperwork, have average experience in Data Protection Law. References would be required and would have to be verified by ourselves.
