Chinese Manufacturers agreement and NNN agreement

Description of legal work: We are a small R&D company based in Essex where we develop innovative plumbing products.
We need drafted two agreements: an 'NNN' - a Non-disclosure/Non-use/Non-circumvention agreement for use with our manufacturers and potential suppliers in China and a 'Manufacturers Agreement' setting out terms of supply.

The NNN needs to be written with reference to Chinese law (and court system)
It will need to be written in English and Chinese and we will need to be able to make slight edits (such as changing the suppliers name in English and Chinese) so we can re-use the document (for the same product) but for different suppliers.
The Manufacturers Agreement can possibly be an English altered boilerplate contract that describes our products and supply needs (QC, Restrictions, Pricing, Supply etc), also editable.
