Business Training Agreement

I am looking for a business solicitor that can produce a training agreement to comply with uk law.

I will be providing a free training course of 70 hours to members of the general public to train and become qualified driving instructors with a full time job and salary once qualified.

There will need to be two parts to the training agreement.

1. All training hours provided will become payable should the trainee decide to not continue with training.
2. Once qualified and employed as a driving instructor, there will need to be a tie in of two years. Should the employee leave employment within a two year period, the training fees will become payable. After the two year tie in period, the employee will be able to leave if they wish with no associated costs for the training.
