Business contract

Hello.
I need a contract producing within a few days. Should be very simple for someone with the right experience.
Background - a friend of mine organises an annual music festival. I have a marketing method I can use to promote his event to sell more tickets for him and make him more money. I am not going to do this for nothing or give away the method for nothing. I am thinking of something like a non-disclosure agreement and a contract to allow me to have exclusive use of this method and the leads it generates to promote his events.
He is ok with signing a legal document , I like to be fair and am looking to formalise a deal for mutual benefit.
I would prefer to have this work done by a legal professional . Please do not waste your time and mine if you are not experienced in this field.
